Saved calculations are stored only when you intentionally choose to save them. Saved calculations may include production-related inputs and outputs, calculation names, notes, and related metadata.

Saved calculations are intended for user convenience and should not be treated as official compliance records unless independently verified and maintained according to your own required recordkeeping procedures.

Saved calculation details are generally visible only to the user who created them. Administrative dashboards show aggregate usage and subscription metadata by default and do not expose full saved calculation content by default.

We use analytics to understand how users interact with the service and to improve the product.

Analytics may include calculator views, calculate clicks, calculation success or failure, feature usage, saved calculation events, upgrade clicks, subscription events, usage-limit events, platform, entitlement status, and timestamps.

Analytics are designed to store usage metadata only. We do not store detailed production values in analytics by default. Production values are stored only when you intentionally save a calculation or otherwise provide them through support or another user-directed action.

Subscription purchases may be processed by third-party billing providers, including Stripe, Apple, Google, or other approved platforms.

These providers may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store full credit card numbers or full payment credentials.

We may receive and store billing-related metadata, such as customer ID, subscription ID, provider, plan type, subscription status, current period dates, cancellation status, renewal status, and payment status.

We may use third-party service providers to operate the service, including hosting providers, authentication providers, database providers, analytics tools, payment processors, app-store platforms, support tools, email providers, and infrastructure services.

These service providers may process information on our behalf as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

We do not sell user data.

We may share information only as reasonably necessary to:

You may request deletion of your account or certain information, subject to legal, security, billing, backup, and legitimate business recordkeeping requirements.

No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of certain personal information.

You may also be able to manage subscription billing through the platform where you purchased the subscription, such as Stripe, Apple, or Google.

ProofLogic is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

ProofLogic may be operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

If ProofLogic is made available through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or another app platform, additional privacy disclosures may appear in the applicable app store listing.

Those platform disclosures are intended to summarize data collection and use for that platform. This Privacy Policy provides additional detail about our practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the service after the updated Privacy Policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
