By creating an account, accessing, or using ProofLogic, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ProofLogic provides calculation tools intended to assist with production planning, estimation, and workflow support for distilleries, beverage alcohol producers, and related industry users.
The service is not an official government system, compliance filing platform, tax determination tool, or substitute for professional judgment. Results generated by the service must be independently reviewed and verified by the user.
All calculator outputs are provided for planning and estimation purposes only. Users are solely responsible for verifying all results using calibrated instruments, approved gauging procedures, applicable TTB requirements, state and local laws, and their own compliance practices.
You should not rely on ProofLogic as your sole source for proof, volume, tax, labeling, reporting, production, inventory, or operational decisions.
Certain calculators may use or reference TTB tables, formulas, or methodology, including materials from TTB Publication 5110.6 and related federal gauging guidance.
The use of TTB table methodology does not mean that ProofLogic is approved, endorsed, certified, or operated by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau or any other government agency.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that all measurements, calculations, records, reports, tax determinations, and compliance decisions meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate source measurements and inputs; • Using calibrated and appropriate instruments; • Confirming final proof, volume, weight, and other production values; • Maintaining required business, production, tax, and compliance records; • Complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations; • Reviewing outputs before relying on them in any business or operational setting.
ProofLogic does not replace professional compliance advice, legal advice, tax advice, engineering advice, or regulatory guidance.
Use of the calculator platform requires a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to update your information as needed. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.
ProofLogic may offer free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts may be subject to usage limits, saved-calculation limits, feature restrictions, or other limitations.
Paid subscriptions may provide expanded access, including higher usage limits, additional features, or saved calculation functionality. Subscription access may be processed through Stripe, Apple, Google, or another approved billing provider depending on where the subscription is purchased.
Billing terms, renewal rules, cancellation rights, refund policies, and payment management options may vary depending on the billing provider. No free trial is included at launch unless expressly offered in writing.
Paid users, and certain free users where permitted, may be able to save calculation results, names, notes, and related input/output data.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any information you enter or save. Do not enter information you are not authorized to store or share. Saved calculations are provided for user convenience and should not be treated as official compliance records unless independently verified and maintained according to your own required recordkeeping procedures.
ProofLogic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for your particular business, regulatory, or operational needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProofLogic, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, regulatory, financial, production, tax, compliance, or business damages arising from or related to your use of the service or reliance on calculator outputs.
This includes, but is not limited to, losses related to incorrect inputs, incorrect interpretation of results, production decisions, compliance filings, tax calculations, labeling decisions, inventory records, business interruption, or regulatory action.
The service does not provide legal, tax, compliance, engineering, safety, accounting, or regulatory advice. You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate before making decisions that may affect legal compliance, tax reporting, safety, production, labeling, or business operations.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
